RECEPTIONIST/SECRETARY: This position is full-time (8:30am – 5:00pm) and works weekdays. Duties include but are not limited to: switchboard responsibility, secretarial support for a VP of the Company and also the Director of Retail Operations, running reports, maintaining monthly calendars for regional managers, data entry and maintaining manual and computerized filing system. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years experience in a similar type office environment, be proficient in Excel, MS Word, data entry, and charting.
